Return Policy:

BCS Electronics will assist you with warranty issues for the first 20 days following your purchase date.
BCS Electronics accepts returns only if the item is defective in the first 20 days.
You must contact BCS Electronics to get a Return Authorization number (RA#) before returning any products to us.
Any products that are sent back without a RA# will be refused
and returned to sender.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product
back to our warehouse.
All returns MUST be returned in the original packaging
along with all accessories and paperwork that came with the item.
We will only exchange defective items.
Sorry, we cannot give refunds. All sales are final.
